Job Details
This role provides essential support to members of the senior leadership team (SLT), ensuring smooth and timely execution of various tasks. It also includes managing the office environment to maintain high efficiency and organization.
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to members of the SLT, with potential to expand as the company grows.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, interviews, reminders, and appointments for the SLT.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Schedule interviews with the SLT, including travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages to support a welcoming environment.
  • Oversee shipments and manage trips to the post office or courier services as needed.
  • Support visitor needs, including parking validation and assistance with arrivals.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to support the SLT and overall office needs.
  • Assist with other tasks as required, ensuring flexibility and proactive support.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects for the team as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
