Reports to: Sr. Manager, Finance - HOKA
Location: Goleta, CA (Remote)

The Role
The Financial Analyst is detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills. This role will support the development, analysis, and forecasting of the HOKA, Teva, Ahnu, and Sanuk financial plans and support brand operations by acting as a financial liaison between the brands and enterprise functions. The ideal candidate for this role is an effective communicator who has the desire to dive into the data, but also the ability to look at the big picture.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with forecasting and tracking of Sales, Margin, and OPEX
- Supporting month and quarter end close
- Financial analysis, primarily P&L and sales analytics
- Working with Master Data Management, Procurement, and AP to support brand operations
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a drive for resolution
- An excellent communicator with a passion for learning
- Adept at dealing with ambiguity and handling sensitive information
We’d love to hear from people with
- Five years of work experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or business administration
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues and develop appropriate solutions
- Advanced Excel and data skills
- Familiar with Oracle or similar ERP software
- Prior experience with financial data or data systems, Hyperion Essbase experience a plus

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
