What We'll Bring:
TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions business unit is looking for a Data Solutions Analyst to combine digital marketing analytics and database knowledge to deliver custom and configurable, best-in-class target audience and analytic reporting to our clients. Our ideal candidate is extremely curious, flexible, a hands-on data expert who is passionate about data and is an excellent communicator. The candidate will use their expertise and decision-making skills to obtain, cleanse and analyze the most relevant and valuable data to meet client requirements. Additionally, our team provides internal QA and configuration validation support, digital media trends research, and client training for the data and associated common analytics.

What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree (required) or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or experience in related analytical field
- Experience with Relational Databases. BigQuery, SQL programming experience (Jupyter a plus)
- Creation of reusable software utilities that automate custom and standard services using Python
- Design, execution and delivery of high quality, creative analytical solutions, and visualizations
- Investigation of internal and external data questions, trends, and issues
Impact You'll Make:
- Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and media data is a plus
- Experience and confidence with written and verbal communications with technical and non-technical clients and peers
- An agile and resilient work ethic while handling multiple projects
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel preferred
- Workflow tools (Airflow, Spark, Jupyter and Retc) are a plus
- Mentoring and training customers and internal team members on TransUnion delivered datasets, data ingestion, and analysis and interpretation
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information:
The salary range for this position is $80,845.00 - $132,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
