The HT Group is partnering with an innovative organization that specializes in AI and machine learning solutions to find a VP of Sales!
We are looking for a driven and strategic sales leader who has experience navigating complex sales cycles across multiple verticals (energy, supply chain, automotive, semiconductor, retail, and CPG).
Remote: SF Bay Area or Austin TX based preferred
Comp: $175-200K base + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure sales strategies align with market demands.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in industrial sectors.
- Prior enterprise sales experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial AI platforms and their applications in relevant industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams to achieve and surpass targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A results-driven approach with a strong passion for growth and success.
