About The Position

Position is responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions and interfaces leveraging Microsoft Power BI.

Accountability

Position is responsible for effectively developing dashboards as requested by the Director of Analytics, EVP of Audit and CIO. You will take a primary focus on developing, servicing, and maintaining company management suites, KPI and performance tools using Power BI and SQL Server.

Effective communication is vital for this role. They must maintain constant communication and connectivity with management, customers, partners, and peers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into reports/dashboards using Power BI.

Exceptional Service

Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop Power BI data models and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Profitability

Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process automation and optimization. Design and implement data-driven KPIs and metrics to measure performance and monitor progress towards organizational goals.

About YOU

To work at our company, you should possess the following experience and attributes:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Data Analysis.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Power BI Solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in creating visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, with experience extracting and analyzing data from these systems.
  • Proficient in data modeling, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.
  • Understanding of security within Microsoft Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest advancements in data analytics and visualization.
