Salary: $132,000 - $150,000

Position Overview:
Project Renewal’s Director, IT Infrastructure & Support oversees the day-to-day management and support of IT infrastructure, including cloud services, servers, workstations, VoIP phone systems, Internet connections, firewalls, switches, mobile devices, and wireless access points. The position is actively engaged in the work of PRI’s programs, developing a deep understanding of workflows, staff roles, reporting requirements, and strategic objectives. The position oversees the day-to-day operations of both the IT helpdesk team and the network engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and project delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:
  1. Provide oversight for PRI’s IT helpdesk team to ensure proactive and high quality customer service to staff;
  2. Manage PRI’s network engineering team to maintain and constantly improve infrastructure;
  3. Regularly consult with PRI staff regarding technology needs and lead software requirements elicitation and documentation processes;
  4. Anticipate and research current and emerging organizational technology needs;
  5. Coordinate with CIO to proactively propose solutions, incorporating tools such as cost-benefit analysis, to current and emerging technology needs;
  6. Coordinate with vendors;
  7. Manage IT projects as assigned by the CIO, including:
    1. Developing coherent project plans, appropriate task assignments, and realistic time estimates for projects;
    2. Monitoring the overall progress of projects against plan, and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders;
    3. Identifying and managing project risk, project interdependency issues;
  8. Oversee and assist with the:
    1. Development of training and online reference materials;
    2. Development, review and execution of testing plans;
    3. Management of configurations and change process for IT infrastructure;
  9. Communicate with staff on a proactive basis regarding IT changes and incidents that affect them;
  10. Enforce information technology policies including ensuring adherence to funder requirements;
  11. Work on tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
  1. 10 years of IT infrastructure management;
  2. Working in an environment with regulatory IT compliance and security requirements;
  3. Working and communicating with senior management;
  4. Managing mix of on-premises, IaaS/SaaS, and Cloud-native IT operations;
  5. Leading the operations of mission critical systems and services;
  6. Supervising both IT helpdesk and network engineering functions;
  7. Designing and managing complex IT projects including multiple teams and vendors;
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  9. Advanced technical experience designing and implementing solutions based on:
    1. Microsoft Hyper-V and Windows Server;
    2. Microsoft Azure (including AAD, virtual networks, virtual machines, web applications, SQL databases, VPNs);
    3. Microsoft 365 / Office 365; and
    4. Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches and WAPs.
