In addition to hands on learning, you’ll participate in our intern event series focused on personal and professional development. At the end of the internship, you will present what you’ve accomplished to senior leadership.Intern ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of new business and acquisition opportunities, including but not limited to financial analysis, industry research, preparation of written materials.Analyze and support due diligence on transactional opportunities for the firm, including any M&A or divestitures.Assist with review and analysis of key strategic business decisions across the firm, including potential new product development, growth investment opportunities, capital allocation / capital structure analyses, etc.Develop analyses to deliver compelling, insightful recommendations for the Strategy team and executive leadership.Coordinate interaction between departments throughout the firm as necessary, including Commercial, Legal, Corporate Finance, Regulatory teams.Ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned.Our interns are an important aspect of our hiring ecosystem and are some of the first individuals we consider for full-time hiring.Current internships are U.S. based.Qualifications/ RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PHD programAbility to work 40 hours a week beginning in June 2025, for approximately 10 weeksMinimum GPA 3.0Demonstrated leadership experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHas interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environmentGood time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-taskMicrosoft Suite experience preferredExperience in and/or leading team projectsMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipDentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
