Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Using leading-edge tools (Snowflake, Hex, Looker) to analyze customer and transactional data to determine the impact of loyalty programs on customer behavior
• Collaborate closely with our top clients, addressing their diverse data requirements spanning comprehensive reporting to ad hoc analyses
• Creating actionable customer segments/clusters for reporting and targeting purposes
• Analyzing email campaign data to recommend/improve promotional opportunities
• Presenting results to both internal and external customers

Qualifications

• It is important that you are a team player who can be flexible to changing priorities, manage multiple projects at once and is eager for the opportunity to learn from hands on experience
• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, with a primary focus on utilizing SQL and Python
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, aiding informed decision-making
• Restaurant or retail analytics experience
• An interest in loyalty marketing and its effects on consumer behavior
• Experience with ML processes such as predictive modeling and clustering
• Bachelor of Science with a major in Statistics, Decision Sciences, Mathematics degree or similar quantitative field of study
