HOH is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring that all marketing materials align with the HOH brand, enhancing our digital presence, and coordinating customer events. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, creative content creation, and driving customer engagement through both digital and traditional channels.

- Base salary range of $50,000-$60,000 based on experience

Main responsibilities of this position include:
- Plan and lead targeted email and direct mail campaigns and manage HubSpot Marketing with KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with external vendors for campaign execution.
- Create engaging content across social media platforms and facilitate video content for product demos and testimonials.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and ensure all materials align with HOH's brand guidelines.
- Oversee visual, written, and video production, enhancing HOH's brand identity.
- Coordinate trade show participation and manage promotional materials for field marketing.
- Develop sales tools, including sell sheets, case studies, and customer feedback surveys through HubSpot.
- Drive leads through digital marketing strategies, including targeted email campaigns, social media content, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Manage the customer feedback tools in Hubspot and run surveys to gather customer insights.
- Strong time management and independent work capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Digital marketing proficiency and experience with SEO, email marketing and social media platforms
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Hubspot CRM, graphic design tools (Abobe, Canva) and CMS (Wordpress)Candidate must have strong communications and organizational skills, possess a strong character and be self-motivated.
- Experience managing and optimizing social media accounts to increase engagement and drive reach
- College Degree preferred
- Must be able to communicate in English and ability to read proficiently in English
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must currently be 18 years of age
