Locations : Pennington, NJ / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX
This position involves end to end platform administration & support tasks in Kafka.
The role may include: - configuration of Kafka Software,
Coordinate/Plan & Execution activities related to platform maintenance,
Disaster Recovery and Software release management - L3+ escalation for Platform Issue resolution,
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Configuration and tuning of production and lower-level environments
Minimum 7 Years of Experience is preferrable.
• Work on creating automated scripts to upgrade/deploy kafka on all lanes (Ansible)
• Work on maintenance/monitoring scripts like clearing log files generating alerts. (python and shell)
• Help support tenant application teams with kafka development activities.
Perform Capacity & Stability monitoring - Assist with Platform metrics collection and reporting -
Contribute to definition, review, documentation & communication of standards and Best Practices
