This is a full-time hybrid role as an Insurance and Financial Services Professional at New York Life Insurance Company in Charlotte, NC. The role involves working on-site in Charlotte with some flexibility for remote work. As an Insurance and Financial Services Professional, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing insurance and financial services, communicating with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Develop strategic plans for clients based on insurance needs and financial goals • Communicate regularly with new and existing clients around industry updates, adjustments to portfolio needs, and life changes that necessitate financial planning flexibility • Create a custom practice for yourself with the tools and resources from a Fortune 100 company including marketing outreach, financial training/licenses, designations, and incentives Qualifications: • Insurance and Finance skills • Strong communication skills • Experience in insurance services • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Detail-oriented and organized • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Willingness to become securities licensed within first six months (paid training) for Series 6/7, 63/65, or 66 • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000+ yearly
