We are looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor in Long Beach, CA . This role focuses on management of the day-to-day activities of the branch including the teller line, new accounts, and all aspects of inside sales.

Essential Functions:

  1. Travels to various branches and departments acting as a temporary Customer Service Manager.
  2. Responsible to open and close branch, create reports, give approvals on branch operations capacity.
  3. Manages the day-to-day activities of the branch including the teller line, new accounts, and all aspects of inside sales.
  4. Handles any issues, in person and/or over the phone.
  5. Must be able to provide own transportation to drive to and from assignments.
  6. May be required to lead or supervise branch staff.
  7. Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience in branch banking or operations or other directly related experience.
  2. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  3. Working knowledge of branch operations, policies, procedures.
  4. Knowledge of branch financial products and services.
  5. Ability to function in performing multiple branch job responsibilities.
  6. Solid customer service and communication skills.
  7. Good leadership skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $74,000 - $81,400 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
