WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking an innovative Senior Communications Specialist to lead our internal communication efforts and drive employee engagement across the organization. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and various teams to craft clear, consistent, and impactful messages that resonate with our internal audiences. You'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive communications plan aimed at enhancing the employee experience, supporting strategic initiatives, and reinforcing company culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the voice of our internal communications and make a meaningful impact on employee engagement. Responsibilities include:
- Craft clear and engaging messages that align employees with key company objectives and performance goals.
- Develop and communicate key messaging that reinforces company culture and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute communications across multiple platforms, including presentations, newsletters, in-office displays, and Slack.
- Facilitate remote employee engagement to ensure all teams feel connected and supported.
- Manage and continuously update our new hire orientation program to ensure it is engaging and informative.
- Optimize the LMS system to support employee development and explore opportunities for innovative enhancements.
- Lead employee recognition programs and events to celebrate contributions and achievements.
- Handle ad-hoc communication needs for strategic events and change management.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- 5+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
- 2+ years of experience designing learning materials and programs; experience with LMS platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with communication platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance communications.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.

- Competitive Pay & Benefits : We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. The pay range for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
