Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in enterprise marketing data, marketing systems and processes, insights, and data platforms to join the newly formed Data Products & Insights Product Management Group within ESE.
You will partner with Marketing Product Management and other data product managers to manage, develop, and evolve our Marketing data products and insights.
This role will report to the Sr. Director of Data Product Management in the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) Function which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization.
The Data Products & Insights Product Domain's mission is to empower key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, People & People experiences through actionable insights, automation, self-service, and scalable data capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and strategy for the Marketing Data, Insights, & Analytics product group within the Data Products & Insights Domain in furthering company goals and objectives.
- Develop deep domain expertise, including deep Marketing needs and deep insights into high impact opportunities.
- Oversee and guide delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Eng with Product Management accountable for landing growth as the "CEO of product capability set."
- Partner with different Marketing teams, including Marketing Product Management, Worldwide Marketing, business model processes teams and other stakeholders and partners to inform strategy and vision.
- Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for the Marketing Data and Insights product group aligned to our goals, prioritizing the most important problems that will improve the biggest impact for Autodesk.
- Define OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed growth.
- Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 8+ years of experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise Marketing data products, insights, and analytics, partnering with enterprise architects, engineering, and multiple stakeholders (business, legal, compliance).
- 8+ years of Marketing domain experience and expertise, including with systems such as Marketo and concepts such as ROMI, ABM, digital marketing, and marketing measurement in general.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business, and technical.
- Planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skills.
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
- Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees.
- Technical fluency; understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
- Able to take vague requirements, clarify, and drive them to execution.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
