About the Role:
MVP Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Clinical Services to support three Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Northeastern Massachusetts area. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a seasoned nursing professional looking to make a regional impact on clinical operations, quality of care, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
Position Overview:
The Regional Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to the Directors of Nursing at each facility. The role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of resident care, compliance with state and federal regulations, and continuous improvement of clinical outcomes across all locations. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with facility leaders to drive clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support clinical operations across three Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to Directors of Nursing, fostering professional development.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews of clinical practices and resident care outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident care and implement evidence-based practices.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving resident satisfaction and clinical performance metrics.
- Monitor staffing, budgeting, and resource management to ensure efficient use of clinical resources.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinical outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Regional leadership experience in clinical services preferred, but candidates with 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing will also be considered.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing multiple facilities or departments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
