Are you a creative, driven marketer with strong communication skills? iWorQ Systems is looking for a Marketing Generalist to help grow our citizen communication business. You'll be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage email campaigns
- Optimize website performance (SEO)
- Create blog and social media content
- Enhance client communication and relationships
- Track and organize customer data
- Update marketing materials (flyers, guides)
- Assist in creating and marketing webinars
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, senior management) to meet client needs.
- Marketing experience (2+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, GA4 Analytics, CRM, Microsoft Office)
- Proven success in creating and managing blog content
- Familiarity with running online meetings and webinars
- Ability to research and understand municipal government websites (knowledge of municipal government industry is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
- A customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively with other departments
