We are looking for Product Marketing & Management - Senior Professional
Role Mission
- Define, execute, and optimize the global marketing strategy and E2E customer journey for our Industrial Automation System Integrator (SI) partners.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Global Marketing, and Operations teams to create and execute marketing and sales enablement plans supporting Industrial Automation business initiatives.
- Drive a partner experience that accelerates growth and cultivates end-user preference for Schneider Electric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy for Alliance and diffused SI partners, including new IT system integrators, aligned with IA strategic vision and commercial and LoB goals.
- Analyze and understand the targeted market and its structure (partner/customers’ needs and roles) to develop and implement impactful and relevant UVPs and positioning to and for our SI partners.
- Ownership of the Global Alliance SI campaign, working closely with our priority geographies to adopt, activate, test, measure, and share best practices globally.
- Define and execute thought leadership program, including analyst relations, PR, and brand ambassador program (partner success stories, blogs, social).
- Definition of the global E2E digital customer journey, working with internal stakeholders, to create content, touchpoints, and messaging to help achieve KPIs around engagement, commercial impact, and brand meaning.
- Define and manage the SI MySchneider experience, including content creation, animation, and communication to internal and external of the pages for Alliance SI partners.
- Identify competitive trends that are impacting the channel and those that are opportunities for new business.
- Implement voice of customer insights on relevant digital platforms and partners with key countries to create, deploy, and measure the impact of partner campaigns.
- Close collaboration with Industrial Automation Channel and Segment marketing leaders to create and support marketing synergies that drive program success and penetration in key segments and geographies.
- Harmonize digital touchpoints across IA partner programs - web strategy, training, communication, country animation.
- Lead internal communities, to activate and support a strong understanding and alignment of SI Alliance Program goals.
Requirements
- Strong digital marketing strategy, planning, and campaign background.
- Relevant experience in Industrial segments, Partner marketing, automation, technology, or marketing.
- Understanding of customer persona, journey mapping and message development.
- Well-versed in digital analytics and how to use data to make better decisions.
- Researching and tracking market trends to remain on top of industry developments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, experience in country marketing.
- Proven project management experience.
- Budget management and cost control both internally and with global external vendors.
- Experience in working with senior management.
- Self-driven, confident, team-player, enthusiastic, direct, detail oriented, curious, and creative.
