JOB DESCRIPTIONThe primary responsibility of this position will be to handle processing of new lines, renewals and endorsements for all Custom Solutions products including Workers Compensation, Custom policies and Group Personal Excess. The Customer Service Representative will partner with our Premier and Custom Solutions Underwriters to provide accurate policies and certificates, incorporate compliance practices, resolve premium discrepancies, and prepare accounts for renewal.Competencies:Proven superior customer service skillsAccuracy - ability to process requests with minimal errorsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management skillsSelf-motivated team player that enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The individual must be able to work independently while supporting the department's team goalsDemonstrated strong business acumen and understanding of PRS Business goalsAbility to manage multiple priorities and be results orientedExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsAccepts accountability and demonstrates good business judgmentStrong PC skills including proficiency in Word and ExcelEducation and Experience:College degree preferred or relevant experienceStrong Masterpiece knowledge/background experience preferred and/or Personal Lines Insurance knowledgeKnowledge of Chubb PRS systems a plusKnowledge of the PLS system a plusKnowledge of Commercial processing systems including CUW, WIP, E-premium, Customarq, and APEX a plus but not required* Hours are flexible between 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.ABOUT USChubb is a world leader in insurance.
