Travel Nurse RN - PICU in Austin, TX

**Must-Have:** Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience
**Job Description:**
- Work in a 24-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU and a 12-bed overflow unit
- Manage patients with congenital heart disease/defects, post-surgical repair, heart failure, arrhythmias, transplant, and ventricular assist devices
- Provide care for neonatal through young adult patients; occasionally manage adult congenital heart defect patients
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 for ICU status, and 1:3 for step-down/non-ICU overflow unit
- Utilize certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certification as applicable
