This is a newly created full-time position for a visionary leader that is experienced and passionate about broadcasting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a track record of strategic leadership and sales success. This GM will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company while overseeing an expansion of services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations and efficient workflows.
- Foster a positive culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Possible on-air opportunities.
