Join us!Job Description:Responsible for managing the asset based finance credit/portfolio management function within a major geographical region. Develops objectives and procedures and policies in accordance with corporate objectives. Ensures sustained earnings through a well structured loan portfolio.The AB Senior Portfolio Manager is an experienced credit professional capable of independent activity on complex and sensitive transactions to include private equity sponsor transactions with I-Bank term loans; international transactions; large corporate, middle market and business banking transactions; related products and services; and work-outs. The AB Senior Portfolio Manager leads a team of Portfolio Managers, Credit Officers, Portfolio Management Officers and Analysts who partner with business development officers, relationship managers, underwriters and/or product specialists and are responsible for structing, analyzing, underwriting, negotiating, documenting, closing and monitoring ABL and related transactions. The AB Senior Portfolio Manager and team interface directly with clients, financial sponsors and intermediaries (legal counsel, outside accountants, turnaround consultants, field examiners, etc.).
