Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for an HR Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our HR functions. In this role, you will oversee employee relations, payroll, learning and development, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with legal standards.
  2. Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
  4. Promote a positive workplace culture and manage employee relations.
  5. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  6. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  7. Enhance performance management practices and coach leaders on effective feedback.
  8. Advise supervisors on employee relations issues.
  9. Manage safety training and compliance, conducting investigations as necessary.
  10. Utilize data analytics to drive informed HR decisions and optimize operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a multifaceted HR role within manufacturing or logistics.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  8. Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  9. Relevant HR certifications are a plus!
