JSM & Associates is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Maximo Specialist position. The essential functions of the role is to utilize and maintain the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s (GOAA) Enterprise Asset Management software solution (Maximo), as it relates to the requirements of our contract with same. Our contract focuses on the maintenance and repair services of the airport baggage handling systems (BHS), the passenger boarding bridges (PBB), and pre-conditioned air (PCA) systems. This position will also be instrumental in the creation of periodic maintenance work orders and management reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
The EAMS (Maximo) Specialist shall be responsible for the accurate, complete, and timely entry of information into the EAMS Maximo system of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, with proficiency in each module, as follows:
- EAMS Maximo Asset Module including the Condition Monitoring, Failure Codes, and Meters applications, and shall utilize said application
- EAMS Maximo Inventory Module including the Condition Codes, Inventory, and Store Rooms applications, and shall utilize said application
- EAMS Maximo PM Module and shall utilize said application
- EAMS Maximo Work Order Module and shall utilize said application
Required Work Experience:
- 2-5 years’ experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management (CMM) software programs; preferably Maximo
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Possess the versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities

- Assist Maximo Data Entry Assistants when necessary
This position will be located on-site, at the Orlando International Airport. . The typical schedule will be Monday-Friday, however, there may exist the occasional need to work and support other days, as well as other shifts, as this is a 24/7 operation. This position is subject to a 10-year background check for airport security clearance, as well as a 7-year drivers' license check.
