Position: Recruiter and HR Coordinator
Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Central SD
Pay $26.00-$28.00

6 month assignment
We are looking for support for a busy HR team and growing organization! You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting at all levels in the organization and offering support to the HR team. To be successful in this role you must have broad HR experience and recruiting experience, ideally in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities include:
Full cycle recruitment and onboarding
Creating job postings and social media ads for recruitment
Initial screening and candidate interviews
Present top candidates to hiring managers
Employee onboarding include certification/education/employment verification
Assist with new hire orientation
Additional areas of support could include: records management, HRIS, employee events, employee rewards, worker's compensation and employee benefits.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR and Recruiting
Healthcare related industry experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Immediate availability for a 6 month contract
