The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee complex projects within Adobe Express, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and services. You will play a critical role in planning, directing schedules, and managing the entire product lifecycle from inception through delivery. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.


As a Program Manager, you will be the key liaison between the core team and Adobe’s cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Legal, and more. You will guide the development and deployment of projects within tight, overlapping schedules, collaborating with various groups across Adobe to align timelines and deliverables. This position demands an energetic, self-motivated professional with a strong ability to manage critical projects. You will engage at all levels of the business, acting as a facilitator and champion to plan, organize, track, and communicate project progress.


What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead complex projects and initiatives to successful completion, coordinating across all aspects of a project.
  2. Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively identify, assess, track, and mitigate risks.
  3. Take the initiative to drive problem resolution at the project level.
  4. Understand technical requirements to assess scope, critical paths, risks, and dependencies; facilitate cross-functional discussions with stakeholders.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and external stakeholders for all owned projects and initiatives.
  6. Improve and simplify existing processes to enhance efficiency.
  7. Foster transparency and coordination across all functions.
  8. Define and manage dashboards to measure team progress against targets.
  9. Communicate key decisions and updates to stakeholders effectively.

What You Need to Succeed:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 0-2 years of relevant experience in program or project management.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and technical proficiency, particularly in software/system design and development methodologies (including Agile).
  4. Proficient at efficiently completing tasks in a fast-paced work setting.
  5. Proactive in seeking development opportunities and mentorship from senior program managers.
  6. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  7. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  8. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Experience in a web, mobile, or SaaS software company is highly preferred.
  10. Motivated individual with a strong drive for results and success.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $66,200 -- $123,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
