Pay Range: $16.04 - $26.04

Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.

Summary of Position:

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Serving each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude
• Filling orders
• Operating a cash register
• Using the correct tools & procedures to prepare, build, and present perfect food
• Serving food that meets our quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests

Qualifications:

• Good personal grooming
• Good communication and writing skills
• Good cash handling skills
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Able to lift 35-50 pounds
• Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
