General Responsibilities:

The Client Concierge will support the entire team but will have significant focus on client experience. The will provides general administrative support to the business such as filing, preparing letters, arranging appointments, managing calendars, answering phones and handling other clerical duties. Additionally, the Client Concierge will assist the department. The Client Concierge must have outstanding personal appearance, be extremely punctual, maintain a great attitude, and be willing to do whatever it takes to make the client experience over the top while maintaining company protocol.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • CRM experience

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, scanning, filing, faxing, mail processing and distribution, office cleanliness and client readiness.
  • Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status. Confirms client visits.
  • Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
  • Responsible for client experience- includes providing a clean environment that is warm and inviting, providing refreshments as needed and customizing the experience to each client individually as needed.
  • Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
  • Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed.
  • Records minutes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.
  • Manages database and software programs
  • Performs all other assigned duties.


Salary:

  • $40,000-$48,000 per year base plus bonus opportunities

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
  • Must be available for occasional evening client events (ending around 7:30pm)
