Your tasks
You transform ideas into technical solutions, focusing on IT product management and system integration to make our banking even more attractive. As Chapter Lead of your team, you are also a coach & captain. In concrete terms, this means that you:
- Motivate and inspire your team, recognizing personal qualities and potential.
- Utilize strengths in a targeted manner to form a cohesive unit.
- Combine operational involvement with administrative skills, planning personnel deployment according to qualifications and expertise.

- Further develop our business processes and take on requirements management.
- Analyze and model across processes, turning user stories into technical success stories.
- Network with product owners and specialist colleagues.
- Keep governance & regulations on your radar.
- Accompany internal IT tests and handle third-level support for tricky requests.
Your profile
Degree: (business) informatics, business administration or an equivalent qualification
Experience: Professional experience in the banking / financial services sector and experience in managing and developing employees
Expertise: Core banking applications and service management as well as know-how of ITIL processes
Project experience: (classic / agile) and enjoy working in a change environment
Leadership: First experience in a leadership role and a desire for more
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of relational databases and experience in application development
Work Style: Structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working, adaptability as well as communication and persuasion skills
Personal Development: High willingness to learn and develop as well as openness to new technologies
Language: Very good written and spoken English skills
