Your Role

As CIO, you will:

  • Lead strategic planning and development of IT systems that align with our scientific and business goals.
  • Drive large-scale IT transformation projects to enhance the lab’s technical capabilities and ensure the efficiency and scalability of its infrastructure.
  • Oversee all platforms and systems, including application development and support, to meet the growing demands of both scientific research and secure information sharing.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the future of our IT ecosystem.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and customer service.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including expertise in large-scale IT transformations.
  • Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FISMA), cloud computing, and advanced research technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with experience building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
