Duties:

- Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
- Record time and client interactions in the firm's case management system.
- Delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff while ensuring timely and professional work completion.
- Prepare and mentor associates for cases requiring a second chair.
- Manage assigned caseload, ensuring progress through key milestones.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure efficient daily operations within the legal team.
- Assist in guiding, training, and mentoring junior attorneys and contract attorneys.
- Recommend and develop policies, procedures, templates, and checklists to streamline processes.
