BigTime Software is seeking a Product Manager to lead & innovate on our project oversight product line. We’re seeking a thought leader that has a passion and proven ability. The right candidate will not only be an innovative and dynamic product manager, they must also be passionate about rolling up their sleeves to deliver on the product strategy, and deliver results in a high growth environment.


As the Product Manager for Project Oversight, you will be responsible for the execution and success of our most vital & active parts of our product; project setup and time and expense management. In addition to the day-to-day planning, scoping, documentation writing, and prioritization work, you are ultimately accountable for the delivery of this product roadmap. You will work very closely with your fellow Product Managers, who own other product lines, but also cross-functional teams such as Development, QA, Customer Experience, Sales, and Product Marketing.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the product roadmap within BigTime’s core platform.
  2. Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to shape new features and product enhancements.
  3. Track and analyze what/how customers are using/not using the product.
  4. Build strong customer relationships to turn pain points into solutions.
  5. Engage with customer experience and sales teams to dive into use cases, product features, and benefits.
  6. Analyze market trends and competition.
  7. Ensure product releases are on schedule and launches are successful for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years in product management; preferred experience with Project Management and/or Time Tracking solutions.
  2. 3+ years of experience as a product manager on SaaS products.
  3. Proven track record of launching new products in market and managing a product roadmap.
  4. Strong collaborator with engineering to deliver high-quality products.
  5. Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  6. Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
  7. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
