Position Overview
Salaried/Exempt position with programmatic leadership responsibility for a designated dorm of students. General duties:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive programming across grade levels or cohorts in areas such as literacy, social-emotional learning, college access, service learning, and other relevant topics.
- Collaborating with academic teachers to integrate programmatic initiatives into the overall curriculum and student experience.
- Creating engaging and interactive activities, workshops, and events to support student development in targeted areas.
- Establishing partnerships with external organizations, experts, and resources to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students.
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness to ensure alignment with student needs and goals.
- Providing training and support to RAs and other staff members to facilitate their role in program implementation and supervision.
- Cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and engagement in program activities.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress and participation in program initiatives, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborating with student families to promote involvement and support in programmatic efforts and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required for this position.
