Our client is a Creative Agency specializing in 3D marketing experiences and design solutions, bringing visions and brands to life for Corporate Meetings, Tradeshows, Themed Events, Exhibits, Themed Retail Environments and Corporate Facilities. They immerse themselves in the clients’ world to strategize, design, plan, and execute on their vision on a national and global scale.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable approaching, presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives, have experience and a proven track record in event/experiential marketing sales, have the ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly; superb research skills, and an ability to stay current with technology and industry trends.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively build new revenue opportunities
  • Utilize effective sales strategies and closing techniques
  • Research and develop target sales markets
  • Work with executive leadership teams to develop long-range sales strategies and goals
  • Leverage internal/external resources to build new client relationships
  • Nurture and foster growth within existing client relationships
  • Increase local and national client base
  • Identify sales process improvement areas
  • Work with design/production teams to plan and execute events
  • Maintain high ethical standards and a professional image

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related subject preferred
  • 5+ years sales experience with proven track record in event sales
  • Passion for customer satisfaction, highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, creative problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Manage leads, accounts, contacts, opportunity pipeline and activities
  • Plan and manage strategically and operationally
  • Ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Energetic forward-thinking approach with a desire to continually improve performance
