Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time/As-Needed Nurse Recruiter to support our hiring needs by reviewing resumes, conducting screener interviews, and coordinating with potential applicants. This position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys engaging with candidates to find the perfect fit for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess resumes to identify qualified nursing candidates.
- Conduct initial screener interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and fit with our company culture.
- Reach out to potential candidates, answer questions, and provide information about the role and our company.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress in the hiring pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting, preferably within healthcare or nursing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and recruitment tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, scheduling software).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability to work on an as-needed basis, including some evenings or weekends if required.
