About the Role: As our HR Director , you'll be the heartbeat of our team. You’ll help build a welcoming, high-performance culture where our people feel empowered and excited to serve. From hiring the right talent to developing future leaders, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our restaurant. What You’ll Do:
- Talent Champion : Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to hiring, onboarding, and training the Chick-fil-A way.
- Culture Builder : Nurture a positive and inclusive work environment, championing our culture of care and servant leadership.
- Employee Relations Guru : Be the go-to person for employee concerns, ensuring everyone feels heard, supported, and valued.
- Performance Coach : Lead the performance management process, ensuring every team member has the tools and feedback needed to grow.
- Compliance Whiz : Keep us on track with labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.
- Benefits Guide : Help our team members navigate their benefits and perks, making sure they get the most out of what we offer.
- Growth Architect : Develop training programs that set our team members up for long-term success both in the restaurant and beyond.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or related field). Chick-fil-A experience? Bonus points!
- At least 2 years of HR experience , preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices .
- A natural ability to lead, inspire, and connect with people.
- Top-notch communication and conflict resolution skills —you’re a great listener who knows how to find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills .
- A passion for developing others , with a genuine care for the team’s growth and well-being.
