Requirements: In-office Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Work from home Fridays. No travel required.

About Us:

Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $20 million in revenue per year. We are currently a small team of 9 people. We have a great work environment, and our team is essentially a 2 nd family for each of our employees.

Job Description

We are looking to add a Real Estate Operations Manager to manage and oversee all administrative aspects of the real estate transactions within the company. Above all, we are looking for candidates who align with all of our Core Values as a company. This role is very important, and the Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all systems and processes run smoothly as well as ensuring clients are taken care of. 


Key responsibilities include:

-       Real Estate Projects: Keeping up with administrative aspects of all real estate projects. This includes tasks such as securing insurance for each property, confirming that commissions are paid, etc. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating repairs for properties.

-       Relationship Management: The Operations Manager acts as liaison between the company and our clients, as well as contractors, vendors, and attorneys.

-       Document Management: The Operations Manager collects, organizes, and maintains all transaction related documents.

-       Timeline Management: Ensure all deadlines are met, such as inspection dates, closing dates, and signing deadlines.

Salary:  $70,000 - $80,000
