Hi, we're de(labs) - the core team behind DeGods and y00ts, and contributors to $DUST. We're focused on building tools, infrastructure, and resources to empower our growing online communities. As part of this mission, we're looking to hire a designer to work closely with the Chief Design Officer and other cross-functional teams to craft the vision for our brands.

Responsibilities:
Work with Chief Design Officer to develop and maintain our brand guidelines, visual style, and design direction
Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for web and mobile platforms
Design and produce marketing collateral and social media graphics
Participate in user research and translate data insights into actionable design solutions
Collaborate with other teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that design is implemented correctly
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design technologies, and integrate them into our design strategy
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills
Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
Strong understanding of design principles and color theory
Passion for typography
Experience working with cross-functional teams, and ability to communicate design concepts effectively
