Wiss & Company, LLP is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join their growing Technology practice. This team is a new addition to the organization with a focus on helping the company integrate technology into their day-to-day work in a way that drives efficiency, supports success, and delivers an outstanding experience to employees and clients alike. This position requires a deep curiosity of how things work and a self-motivated approach to tackling new challenges in a creative way.
As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will be working directly with the Director of Transformation to become deeply ingrained in the day-to-day operations of Wiss. You will work side by side with key leaders and practice area SMEs to document the organizational operating environment, deliver deep process insights, and be a key contributor in guiding the path towards impactful solutions. If you have a knack for breaking down complex scenarios, an enjoyment for solving puzzles and find yourself consistently preparing a plan of action for big moments, this may be the role for you!
What You Will Do
- Successfully manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication with leaders and stakeholders on progress and plans
- Lead discovery sessions with colleagues across the organization to gather process insights, prepare detailed process maps and document improvement opportunities
- Derive high level observations around opportunities for improvement and make recommendations on solutions to address the root cause
- Collaborate with members of the engagement team and key stakeholders on the priority of enhancements and communicate estimated delivery
- Assist team members with translating business needs into detailed technical requirements
- Serve as a critical team member in the implementation of new software / technologies across the organization while driving a culture of agility and change
- Prepare standard operating procedures, training materials and other critical knowledge transfer materials to drive solution adoption and a positive colleague experience
- Be a champion of change

- Strong interpersonal skills to establish successful collaborative partnerships and build confidence with our colleagues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the confidence to present observations in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory with a background in business management, accounting, information systems or a related discipline
- Experience as Business Transformation Analyst or Business Analyst is a plus.
- Exposure to process mapping, product development and /or technology implementation a plus
