Position Overview

The Software Solutions Engineer is a pivotal role in ensuring our clients understand, adopt, and derive maximum value from our suite of technology solutions. The individual will serve as a bridge between the technical team and our clientele, ensuring seamless product implementation, customization, and continuous service. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and client-facing skills.


Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Solution Implementation:

  1. Facilitate the software setup and integration process for clients, ensuring configurations align with their business needs.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients about our technology.

Technical Expertise & Consultation

  1. Serve as the go-to expert on our product suite, fielding technical queries, and providing actionable solutions.
  2. Work closely with the development team to provide feedback and contribute to product enhancements based on client needs and industry trends.

Project Management

  1. Oversee the timeline and milestones of solution delivery projects to ensure on-time and successful implementations.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to streamline client engagements and manage expectations.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Develop long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to guide them toward optimal use of our products.
  2. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

  1. Keep updated with the latest advancements in our technology and industry trends to offer timely advice and solutions.
  2. Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other client resources.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Proven understanding of (specific technologies or platforms related to the company's product suite).
  3. Strong project management skills, with proven experience in delivering complex projects on-time and within scope.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Proactive and client-centric mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
  7. Proficiency in (specific software/tools relevant to the job, e.g., JIRA, CRM systems, etc.).
  8. Flexibility to travel as needed (if applicable).
