Job Requirements / Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP (roughly 3 to 4 weeks out with credentials) 6 months or longer
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: all outpatient
- Scope of Work: This is a primary care Adult Clinic. Our patient population experience homelessness, poverty, and addiction. It s important our providers understand complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns. 18+ years of age on all patients
- Requirements: Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- 16 patients a day must be seen
- Graduation from an accredited medical school.
- Possession of a valid California license as a physician.
- Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in appropriate field.
- Possession of BCLS/CPR certification.
- Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate.
- Possession of Data 2000 Waiver to prescribe controlled substances or must attain within 3 months of hire.
- Covid shot with boosters
- Must have addiction medicine experience & be comfortable treating for these medications
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate: 150-165
