SUMMARY
The IT Director will develop, plan, and implement technology (IT) strategy that meets Copper River Native Association (CRNA) business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security. The position is in charge of leading the IT department, overseeing the development and implementation of IT policies, systems, and procedures aligned with upper management strategies. Responsibilities include managing business continuity, enhancing efficiency standards, analyzing system performance, and ensuring IT infrastructure security. Additionally, the IT Director will manage vendor relationships, control budget, and lead a team of IT professionals to drive technological advancements and ensure smooth operations across all technology functions.
JOB DUTIES
- Oversees the IT department by developing, establishing, and implementing IT policies and strategies that promote a sustainable IT environment.
- Oversees the implementation and maintenance of both on-premises and cloud-based systems, including virtual machines and cloud services, ensuring integration and operation across hybrid environments.
