The Concept and Color Manager works alongside the Concept Director in ideating seasonal storytelling and design initiatives. The Manager will work collaboratively across the entire Design department and larger cross-functional partners such as Global Merchandising, Visual Experience, and Creative Marketing to maintain consistent design language.

  5. Own product naming for runway styles, brand colors, and seasonal capsules.
  6. Craft pitch decks to share creative proposals to Design Leads and wider creative teams.

  3. Comfort working on tight deadlines and balancing multiple priorities.
