The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute financial strategies to support company goals and enhance shareholder value.
2. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Lead financial analysis to inform business decisions and evaluate investment opportunities.
4. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
5. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
6. Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
8. Analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
9. Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2. 15+ years of experience in a senior finance role.
3. Experience within a public company required.
4. Managerial experience required.
5. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, SOX, IFRS).
6. Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
