PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician to play a key role developing a new and quickly-growing practice in a brand-new facility!
• Our ideal candidate would have leadership skills, be an energetic team-player and have a love of patients in the Northland.
• Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.
• High-quality practice model integrates 2 MD’s, 2 APC’s, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants and other support staff, promoting a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
• Specialty outreach services visit the clinic weekly – enjoy close and collegial relationships with specialists.
• Weekly work schedule: M-F, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.
• Clinic Hours: 7:30AM - 5PM, Monday – Friday.
• Opportunity to see prenatal patients if desired.
• Opportunity available to be a part of the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team and/or obstetrics delivery team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.
• EPIC medical records.

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Family Practice.

LOCATION

• Cloquet, MN - Population: 12,000.
• Clinic site is approximately 14 miles from Duluth – Population: 87,000.
