Lead Generation Field Agent

Job Summary:

Ronbow Corporation is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Lead Generation Field Agent to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, to potential clients and businesses in targeted areas. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness and generate new leads through face-to-face interactions. As the role progresses, there will be opportunities to expand into event marketing , partnership building , and other lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brochure Distribution & Lead Generation:
• Distribute brochures and marketing materials to local businesses, trade professionals, and potential customers to promote Ronbow’s products and services.
• Engage with recipients, explain product offerings, and encourage interest in Ronbow’s services.
• Collect contact details and lead information, passing them on to the sales team for follow-up.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of the distribution campaign and lead generation activities.
• Customer Engagement:
• Answer questions about Ronbow’s products and services during face-to-face interactions.
• Provide feedback from potential clients to the sales and marketing teams.
• Reporting & Tracking:
• Maintain a log of leads generated from distribution activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Submit weekly reports detailing progress, engagement levels, and any identified opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing , or customer service , preferably in a field role.
• Previous experience in direct outreach or community engagement is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet lead generation targets.
• Basic knowledge of Ronbow’s products or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods while distributing materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and spend time in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the home improvement, cabinetry, or interior design industries is a plus.
• Experience in direct sales or promotions in a field role.
