Trademark Associate - NYC AmLaw Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Trademark Associate to join a collaborative and innovative legal team at a well-regarded AmLaw firm in NYC. If you have a strong background in trademark prosecution, licensing, and litigation, along with expertise in anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
• Strong skills in licensing and litigation.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a busy practice while working closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience at a peer firm
• Admission to the New York State Bar
