SWOT Hospitality , the leading Hotel Management company, is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Manager for Corfu Palace Hotel.

Tasks

1. Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process
2. Managing Employee Training & Development
3. Maintaining Employee Relations
4. Managing Legal and Compliance Practices
5. Handling the Staff Accommodation
6. Supervises the payroll process along with the payroll department

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Previous experience in Human Resources Department in Hospitality sector.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Professionalism, responsibility.
