Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Account Supervisors to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to work with forward-thinking clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about taking initiative to drive efficiencies and business goals, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance performance and deliver impactful results.

As an Account Supervisor, you will actively manage individual client relationships, oversee project tracks, and independently own agency processes.

In this role, you'll serve as a true partner, working collaboratively with internal and integrated agency teams, as well as clients. You will be self-directed, pulling in the appropriate resources as needed to carry out projects to successful completion. Your ability to influence and align team efforts will be key in ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success.

Candidates who are within a commutable distance to our San Francisco office or the San Jose, CA area will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads client and internal meetings, client briefing activities, client presentation preparation, client SOW preparation and follow ups on approvals.
  • Responsible for preparing and responding to day-to-day client communication/responses on behalf of internal team.
  • Reviews all client deliverables for client brand, strategic alignment and alignment to all rounds of client feedback.
  • Provides support and leadership on initiatives (new tracks, briefs, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.).
  • Partners closely with delivery team on follow through, reports, meetings and timelines.
  • Directly involved with 2-4 types of work (digital, social, CRM/email, content, etc.).
  • Typically supports $1M - $3M in revenue and works with multiple client-side stakeholders.
  • Support account leadership with updating the pipeline (Salesforce 360).
  • Leads client billing reviews and directly communicates with client regarding burn or financial tracking in comparison to contract.
  • Coordinates with client's finance team and ours regarding PO management, invoicing, etc.
  • Partners with account leadership to draft portions of agreements (overview, scope, assumptions, etc.).
  • Gather research information for the client and their industry and contribute to the development of the client newsletter.
  • Provide support to account leadership on client risk assessment process.
  • May be asked to provide support for new business pitches, drafting proposal outlines and working with team to flesh out story and compelling sales narrative.
  • Prepare and deliver client and industry knowledge to disciplines to facilitate growth discussions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience, including in an Account Management role at an agency.
  • Experience leading digital projects across multiple channels such as, digital, social, web, and CRM/email.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to evolving situations and needs.
  • High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Takes initiative to identify opportunity areas, offer solutions and act on them.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Experience using AI tools is a plus!

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
