Job Requirements / Description

Oscilar is an AI Risk Decisioning platform to manage risk across the entire customer journey including onboarding, fraud, credit, and compliance. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and optimizing solutions that support our clients’ risk operations, leveraging your technical, consulting, and domain expertise. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver robust solutions that align with customer requirements and enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions that align with both business objectives and technical capabilities.
  2. Adopt a customer-centric approach to identify issues, provide prescriptive guidance, and influence internal product decisions.
  3. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, utilizing tools such as Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.
  4. Scope, test, and implement third-party REST API integrations.
  5. Proactively address architectural and product challenges by leveraging existing tools while also implementing long-term technical solutions.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of experience in customer-facing and technical consulting roles.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
  3. In-depth knowledge of risk domains, such as AML, KYC/KYB, Fraud, or Underwriting.
  4. Hands-on experience with AWS technologies, including Lambda, CloudWatch, and Cognito.
  5. Proficient in Python scripting.
  6. Skilled in PostgreSQL.
  7. Experience in API design and integration, with a solid understanding of REST and webhooks.
  8. Familiar with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Redshift, or Clickhouse.
