SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

It is the responsibility of the Enterprise Reporting Analyst to take ownership of all tasks and challenges they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. Daily tasks include (but are not limited to) the following: building, formatting, editing, validating, and distributing reports requested bank wide.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to build, format, maintain and edit customized reports (from our core systems as well as other applications) and validate prior to distribution.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to determine/understand requirements of report requestors.
  • Knowledge of developing complex reports using software functionality, including developing intricate calculations and report filters.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and take initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to respond timely, accurately, and efficiently to requests for reports and/or information.
  • Research data/files during audit process and work closely with internal and external auditors upon request.
  • Assures all confidential information is properly safeguarded in accordance with Bank policies.
  • Ensure compliance and enforcement of all Bank, State, Federal, and regulatory policies, with emphasis placed on loan policies and procedures.
  • Accepts other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree or similar education/certifications required (preferred focus of Business Administration specializing in Accounting, Financial Management or Business Analytics, Math/Computer Science or Information Management and Systems)
  • Experience : Experience with report writing (IBM Cognos or similar tools) and/or previous banking preferred.
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge : Strong computer skills, ability to multitask and prioritize projects, good interpersonal skills

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

On the job training, Fiserv Business Analytics training, required annual compliance training and New Employee Orientation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position qualifies for telecommuter, hybrid, or bank office. Should the Enterprise Reporting Analyst be telecommuting or hybrid, the Analyst must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Minimal travel may be required.
